My opinion in DepED ORDER No.49,S.2022 is communication is significant in every individual whether it's family and society.But because of pandemic, communication onlined is very helpful and convenient.I think, when almost everything now is back to normal,we should consider also that we have to face the fact that our teachers has their own lives and family matter to deal with and I'm in favor of respecting their personal time.I think all our concern are should be done in classroom and during classes time.But freedom in selecting friends in social media is ok but we should always practice limits and respect.
